Full-time employee

Transportation expenses: fully paid (there is a maximum amount that can be paid)
Salary (monthly salary): Starts at 240,000-250,000 yen/month (*Testers start at 220,000 yen)
*After the test employment period, the salary will be determined according to our company’s regulations, taking age, ability, and experience into consideration.
*During the test period, you will be treated as a part-time worker.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
Lunch break 13:00-14:00 (1 hour)
*The actual working hours per day are 8 hours.
Weekend off: 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
Other holidays: Year-end and New Year vacations, summer vacation, congratulation or condolence leave, etc.
Social insurance: Health insurance, employee pension, unemployment insurance

Part-time (game designers/programmers/art designer only)

Transportation expenses: fully paid (there is a maximum amount that can be paid)
Salary: 1050 yen per hour and up (negotiable depending on ability; graduate students 1300 yen and up)
Working hours: To be determined upon consultation.
Age limit: For inexperienced workers: Up to about 25 years old (university or vocational school graduates or above)
Experienced workers: Not required
*For career development through long-term employment, we set an age guideline only for inexperienced workers.

Director Director

Directing a blockchain game.

・Strong understanding of blockchain games.
Game Designer Game Designer

Game Designer is responsible for designing games, writing proposals and specifications, and directing the work of game designers.

・Basic knowledge of PC operating systems.
・Ability to plan and conceive new ideas.
Requirements for selection
・A proposal, scenario, setting, etc. of your own creation (scenario and setting are not required).
*The format is up to you, but please keep it brief (approximately 10 pages of A4 paper).
・Please note that scenarios and settings alone will not be considered.
Programmer Programmer

Any of the following
・Web Programming (JavaScript, Adobe Edge, HTML5, etc.)
・Server-side Programming (Python, Go, javaScript/node.js, Java, etc.)
・Smartphone Native Programming (Swift, C++, Java, etc.)
・Unity Programming (C#, etc.)
・PC, Console game platform Programming (C++, etc.)
・Blockchain Programming (Solidity, JavaScript, etc.)

・Basic programming knowledge.

*Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of assembler and experience in embedded device programming.

Selection work conditions
For applicants with no experience: Self-written program and all source codes.
*Please include the executable file after compilation (build) and the data necessary for execution.
For experienced applicants: Please tell us the name of your work and the part you created.

Artist Art Designer

Design and data creation for games in general, including characters, backgrounds, screen layouts, in-game items, 2D/3D design, and html design using Flash and dots.

Must be able to draw on a PC.
*Preference will be given to those who are good at design, have experience with dot pictures, and who have experience working with 3D.
*Please consult with us if you do not meet the above requirements. We will decide on a case-by-case basis depending on your drawing ability and other skills.
Requirements for selection:
At least 3 works in each genre such as drawing, 3DCG, CG, and design/illustration that you are good at. Please send us the data that can be displayed on Windows.
Please include the date of creation, production time, and any other comments (appeals) regarding the work.

Steps to Recruitment

1. Document Screening
First, please send us your documents and artwork, and we will discuss the contents within our company.
2. Interview
After discussion, if you have no technical problems, we will meet with you in person for an interview.
3. Test Hiring
If you pass the interview, we will hire you on a trial basis (basically for about one month, up to three months).
During this period, we will observe your specific skills through work.
4. Hiring
Upon successful completion of the test employment period, you will be hired.
